We Support our Teachers ...
- 3 Full-time teachers in every room! Our school has the most supportive ratios of any preschool in our area. We have 3 full time teachers in each room and we DID NOT increase the number of students with that.
- 4 full time front office staff with an engaged supportive owner. We have created a structure, so when you have any challenges with students or parents you know you are fully supported and respected by management and our families.

Teacher Qualifications...
- Must have a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Ability to interact and guide students of all ages and skill levels
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
Experience a plus for this position:
- Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility is not required but are a plus
- Prefer to have or working on getting NC Early Childhood Credentials (EDU 119).
Teacher Responsibilities...
- A passion for working with your specific age group is a must.
- Supports communication with parents at the end of the day regarding their child
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday
- Supervises and manages daily functions for a class of children
- Observes all North Carolina rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
